Happy Friday you guys! This week has been one of the busiest weeks I’ve had in awhile, so I’m pretty stoked to see the weekend. The weather here in Knoxville is supposed to be so hot and sunny all weekend, so I see some time on Norris Lake in our future!
I’m so happy to hear that you all loved the makeup tutorial that I posted in yesterday’s blog post – I was honestly nervous about what y’all would think about it, so to hear some positive feedback made me so excited! Today, of course, I’m continuing my FAQ Friday series and answering some more of the popular questions that I get asked all the time .. enjoy!
How do you do your makeup and what mascara do you use?
Welllll … Now I can officially not only tell you guys, but also show you! Be sure to check out my tutorial if you missed it yesterday 🙂 (No joke, I’ve legit gotten questions from 8 people today alone asking about my mascara so I had to include this question in today’s post. What face wash and skincare do you use?
Rodan + Fields – no I do not sell it but this is the link that I always order from. Specifically the ‘Redefine’ regimen at the moment (I love it!) but I also really love the ‘Unblemish’ as well. I swear by the R+F products, y’all. It’s like a miracle in a bottle! Read more about my skincare routine here.
What is your fitness routine?
I’m planning a full (more detailed) post out about this because I think it will be more beneficial to you all, but in short, I actually enjoy running (most of the time) and I really enjoy going to barre classes when I’m looking for some extra definition and toned muscles – which reminds me that I need to renew my membership because ya girl could use a few extra classes after the big dinner and ice cream cone I ate tonight. But that’s just it … I don’t starve or deprive myself because if I put myself on a super strict diet, it may last for a day and then I’ll eat everything in sight. I really just like eating whatever I want (in moderation) and then working out a little harder to off set the extra cals. Because trust me, no one wants me to be hangry LOL. I also have a few ‘at-home’ workouts and exercises that I love, so I will share them with you all when I share my full fitness routine blog post. Stay tuned!
