Happy Monday, pretty people! I wanted to let you in on what I was up to this weekend and share some of my sweet fam with you guys. 🙂

If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat (@peyton.baxter), then you probably already saw a sneak peek of the gala we attended this weekend — it was a serious blast and all for such a great cause! My sister, Brittany, was nominated last year as one of Knoxville’s Rising Stars and began a campaign to help raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Before she began all of this, many of us didn’t know much about CF, but throughout her campaign, we have learned so much about the disease and now, I don’t think we will ever stop helping this cause. It has touched such a special place in our hearts, and a cure for this disease is SO close. (PTL!)

Altogether, Britt raised right at $15,700 for this cause. At the end of the night, she was awarded as the Top Rising Star for raising the most funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She was also awarded Entertainer of the Year, which was given to the person who hosted the event that raised the most money overall. I genuinely could not be a prouder sister. If you know my sis and me, you know that our bond is extremely close and unbreakable, so there’s never a moment when I’m not proud of her. And, after this weekend, my pride I feel for Britt has only grown. She’s truly a gem in this world and one of the best role models any woman in life could have. I owe a lot of who I am today to her! She never fails to amaze me and teach me the most important things in life.

It was so much fun getting to dress up and be all glam for a night … I haven’t been that dressed up since my wedding, haha! Y’all know that I’m all about a low-key Friday or Saturday night, but every once in awhile, it’s nice to change it up a bit! I got this BCBG dress like literally last minute, so thank goodness I can always count on that brand to fit right and didn’t need alterations. Something about all of BCBG’s clothes just always fits perfectly, and I’m not complaining! They are definitely one of my all-time favorite brands, especially for solids and classic pieces that you can mix and match. Actually, for almost every wedding I attend, I am usually wearing a dress by BCBG, so if you like that look, definitely check them out before wedding season gets here!!

Today, I want to challenge you all to join me in paying it forward, helping others, and praying for those sweet babies with cystic fibrosis. And if you are someone who is affected by this disease or someone close to you is, I would love to pray for you! Just message me here or comment below.

I hope you all have a great week! #TeamLNL – don’t forget about #bachelormonday, and fill out your predictions! Who’s excited about Rachel being the next Bachelorette? I think she is so real and so fun! I’m pumped.

Thanks for reading!
