On this lovely Wedding Wednesday, I’m sharing the next step in the wedding planning process. Last week, I shared what wedding planning book I used to kickstart my wedding festivities and plans (in THIS POST), sooo I thought that it would only make sense to share with you what came next in the process, for me. The engagement partaaay, of course! After all, you do have a huge reason & rock to celebrate!
So, I was chatting with my girlfriend, Stephanie, a few days ago and she asked me to help her find some professional, yet fashionable black pants for her new job. Steph lives in the heart of NYC, so looking stylish is a must – even when it comes to the workplace. She gave me some inspo on sharing a more professional look on love ‘n’ labels, and let’s face it … it’s always good to have a refresher on how to keep your personal style pretty & professional while at the office.
Only a few more days until it’s time for Thanksgiving and Black Friday – anyone else as excited as I am?? I’ve put together a couple of looks for you all to get some ideas of what to wear for both of these days next week. The first one that I will be sharing is my favorite type of Thanksgiving #ootd – aka, it leaves you plenty of room for that extra slice of pumpkin pie annnd you will still be looking cute & stylish!

HAPPY FRIDAY, beautiful! Today for #fridayfaves, I’m sharing my 10 favorite ways to wear a blanket scarf. All in all, there are a million ways to wear scarves, and what is so fun about them is that you can play around and find new ways to wear them when you get tired of the same ole ‘traditional blanket scarf’ style. Let’s jump right in!
We’ve almost made it to another FriYAY y’all – woo! With Thanksgiving and Christmas quickly approaching, I thought I would officially begin my ‘Holiday Gift Guide’ posts. If you follow me on Snapchat (@peyton.baxter) or on my Instastories, then you know that I have already started decorating for the holidays & playing Christmas music … eek! I also have some of my Christmas shopping done … YES!
So, I figured why not go ahead and start sharing some of my favorite gift ideas with you all?!
Happy Wedding Wednesday, y’all! Calling all BRIDES. Annnnd the family, acquaintances, 3rd cousins, Starbucks baristas, creative people, friends (both new & old), etc etc etc of the bride (IT TAKES A VILLAGE!) … this post is for YOU!
To brighten up this Monday, I’m throwing in a pop of color to my #ootd. It’s still pretty warm here in Tennessee, so I am squeezing in all of the cute fall dresses that I can before the cold temps hit.
As you can tell from many of my posts, I am always drawn to wearing more neutral colors – black, tan, ivory, white, brown, etc. Usually, the only pop of color that you will see on me is my accessories or, of course, my fave bright red lipstick from Mac.
YOU. GUYS! There are so many killer sales going on that I just HAD to share with y’all. We all love a good sale, and if you’re anything like me, a lot of the very best pieces in my closet were sale items.
I rounded up some of my favorite pieces (below) from select sales going on right now to give you all a good starting point.
So, grab your coffee, cozy up in your fave throw blanket & ease into weekend with some shopppping!
Hello gorgeous! Happpppy FriYAY!! So, if you follow me on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or Snapchat (@peyton.baxter), then you have probably seen me totally OBSESSING recently over these new little (or should I say big) additions to my eyes. That’s right – I got some lash extensions and they. are. FAB! I am totally in love with them for many different reasons, and since getting the lashes, I have gotten a TON of questions about them from a bunch of you all. So I thought, what better way to share about my newest obsession and answer all your questions than through this week’s Friday Faves post?! PS – Read all the way through to make sure you don’t miss out on the 20% OFF deal!
Today I’m sharing my go-to, fall ‘uniform’ that you can mix and match so many different ways to keep the whole look fresh but also really easy and manageable. This is one of my favorite ‘throw on & go’ fall looks because it is perfect for those times when you are in a hurry and don’t have time to put together the most unique outfit (+ you’re going on day 3 [or 4, 5, 6… we’ve all been there] without clean hair) but you still want to look cute and put together.
